Terms of use

These terms apply to everyone who uses freedomwithrahi.trade ("the site"), creates an account or buys a course. By creating an account or buying a course you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Trading with Rahi is an online education project run from Pakistan. You can reach us through the details on the contact page.

Your account

• You must give your real name and an email address you control.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian to use the site.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• One account is for one person. Accounts cannot be shared, sold or transferred.

Your course licence

When we confirm your payment, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to watch the course for the access period shown on the course page. "Lifetime access" means for as long as we operate the site and the course remains available.

You may watch on up to two devices. If your account is used on a third device, the account is locked for a short time, and each repeated attempt locks it for longer. To replace a device, contact us.

What you must not do

You must not:

• share your login, or let anyone else watch using your account
• record, screen-capture, download, copy or redistribute any video, file or other course material
• upload course material anywhere, including messaging groups, file-sharing sites or social media
• try to get around the site's security, the device limit or the video protection
• resell or use the material to teach others commercially

Every video and file is marked with details that identify the account it was shown to. If we find our material shared, we will suspend the account involved without a refund and may take legal action.

Payments

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (PKR). You pay by JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast and then submit the transaction details and a screenshot. Your course unlocks once we have checked that the money has arrived. We may reject a payment we cannot verify; see the refund policy for what happens then. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a course you have already paid for.

No refunds

All sales are final. The only exceptions are described in our refund policy.

Education, not advice

Our courses, articles and messages are general education about how financial markets work. They are not financial, investment or trading advice and do not take your personal situation into account. Trading foreign exchange is high risk. Read the full risk disclaimer.

Links to brokers and other sites

We may link to brokers, tools or other websites, sometimes through affiliate links. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. See our affiliate disclosure.

Availability

We aim to keep the site running all day, every day, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may pause the site for maintenance, and we may update or improve course content over time.

Ownership

All videos, files, text, designs and the "Trading with Rahi" name belong to us. Buying a course gives you a licence to watch it, not ownership of it.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Our liability

We provide the site and courses in good faith. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any trading or investment losses, and our total liability to you for anything related to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders by email.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
