Refund policy

Our courses are digital, and you can watch the material as soon as your payment is confirmed. For that reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, including if you change your mind, stop using the course, or your access period ends.

Please watch the free lessons and read the course page carefully before you buy.

When we will return your money

We will return a payment in these cases:

• Duplicate payment: you accidentally paid twice for the same course.
• We cannot verify your payment: if we reject an order but the money did reach our account, we will either approve the order once we can confirm it, or send the money back to the account it came from.
• We cannot give you access: your payment was confirmed but a fault on our side means you cannot watch the course, and we cannot fix it within 14 days.

Refunds are sent back to the same JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account the payment came from. Contact us within 30 days of the payment with your order details.

Accounts suspended for breaking the rules

If an account is suspended for sharing a login or distributing course material, no refund is given. See the terms of use.
